What is included in the initial consultation?

PerfectCents offer a free initial consultation as Daily Money Manager Services are very personal. Generally this meeting is at a place convenient for you. Considering COVID 19 we can do this virtually and then decide how to proceed.

What is a Daily Money Manager?

A Daily Money Manager (DMM) provides a variety of services such as:

• Bill paying for individuals and families

• Financial record management

• Budgeting

• Medical billing issues

• Working with fiduciaries on financial tasks

Are you insured?

Yes, via Dominion Insurance which has custom insurance for Daily Money Managers.

How are your services charged?

Services are charged by the hour and initially payable upon service. Depending on the frequency of use, other payment methods can be discussed. Invoicing is provided. Travel time to any in person meetings is not charged. Please note that travel to perform requested services is charged.

Do you provide legal, tax or investment advice?

PerfectCents does not provide tax, legal or investment advice. We do work with your professionals in these areas as requested. For example we can summarize your tax records so they they can be presented to your tax professional for easier tax preparation.

What is American Association of Daily Money Managers and what is your relationship to them.

The American Association of Money Managers (AADMM) is a national membership organization representing people in the field of  Daily Money Management. They have a code of ethics and standard of practice that PerfectCents adheres to. They also regularly do backgrounds checks.
